John Joseph Coffee

One of the center pieces of our shop is this old work bench.  We found it in the basement of the neighboring building at 707 Water St.  That building used to be home to a combination Funeral Home and Furniture Store.  This combo was often found in smaller towns, as a way to keep casket building, the carpenter, busy.  This table has a lot of character, which we preserved with a glass top, weighed down with our big general store coffee grinder.
